Create an innovative, popular science tourism destination in the style of a Mars Base in the unique Martian landscape near Yekaterinburg. This will be Russia's first Mars Base for popular science tourism, featuring a unique design inspired by science fiction and space exploration. The focus will be on space themes, VR simulators, and professional telescopes for stargazing.

Stage 1 - During the launch phase, housing will consist of 10 capsules, 1 food truck, and 1 central spherical dome.
